Our November walk will be lead us through Pisárky, one of the most beautiful districts of Brno, to one of the jewels of Brno architecture, Villa Stiassni. Designed by Ernst Wiesner and built in 1927-29 for the Jewish textile manufacturer Alfred Stiassni, it is now open to the public as architectural heritage.

After a tour of the villa, we will enjoy some light refreshments at the local Café Ernst, see the garden and also some other villas in this beautiful residential area from the outside. Entrance fee: 220 CZK/person.

Meeting point: 9:45am by the entrance at Hroznová 14

How to get there: we recommend using tram no. 1 or taking trolleybus no. 25 or 26; get off at the Pisárky stop and follow Hroznová Street up the hill for about 360 metres until you reach the entrance.
