Dear parents, you’re invited to join another meeting in our parenting support meetings led by expat parenting coach Eszter Sarody.
In this workshop, you will learn why frustration isn’t a problem to eliminate, but a powerful sign your child cares deeply and is bumping into real limits.
Grounded in Gordon Neufeld’s attachment-based lens, we’ll explore how tears are nature’s way of turning “mad energy” into softening “sadness” so growth can happen from the inside out.
You’ll discover how to help your child move from blaming and fighting the outside world (anger, resistance, “make it different!”) into the inner shift of adaptation (acceptance, problem-solving, development).
We will practice simple, doable ways to support this transition—staying close, holding boundaries with warmth, and making space for feelings without fixing, rushing, or shaming. You’ll leave with a clearer understanding of what to say and do in the moment so your child can release tension through healthy crying and return to calm, connection, and resilience.
Come to the workshop as you are—to share your experiences and struggles, and to connect with other mothers who are on the same journey. You can bring your child as the space is child-friendly and babysitting is provided.
This event is suitable for parents of children of all ages.
