Changes were made to the law regarding residence permits (Act No. 326/1999 Coll., as amended).

The amendment introduced a number of important changes related to offices dealing with the stay of foreign nationals on the territory of the CR as well as conditions for the entry. (The Official List of changes made by the amendment is available at the Ministry of Interior website. You can also read a summary written by our consultants in this article.)

Although the changes have been in effect since the beginning of August, very few offices or experts actually know how precisely they’ll manifest in practice. That is why we’ve asked our reliable cooperating attorneys, Petyovský & Partners, to present the key changes and core items of the amended law. These will include:

  • A new residence permit to find employment
  • Raised fees and set quotas
  • Employee cards
  • Change of employer

The seminar will take place at our usual venue at the Jiří Mahen City Library. Please feel free to send us your questions in advance via the Comments box in the Booking form, that way the speakers will have a chance to prepare well-founded answers.

The seminar is free of charge, book your seat by clicking the red button above.

You can find the presentation here.
