Are you a new mother? You’re invited to join the Mama Cicle, led by experienced expat doula Lorena Torsani.
The Mama Circle is a cosy, in-person gathering for mothers from birth to 3 years postpartum. It is a warm, judgment-free space to connect, share honestly, and build real friendships with other mamas who truly understand this season of life. Motherhood was never meant to be done alone, and together, we are fighting maternal isolation.
This month, we’ll have a lovely session with Elisavet Louletzoglou, movement educator, founder of Kinesis Fitness Studio, and specialist in Pilates, Yoga, and Pre & Postnatal exercise. Elisavet supports women through pregnancy and postpartum recovery; she will guide us through the key physiological and anatomical changes that occur after delivery, helping you better understand and support your body during this transition.
As usual, we’ll have time to mingle and connect. Feel free to bring some snacks to share!
