Brno Expat Centre invites you to 100-sample wine tasting in the National Wine Centre, October 15th
Join us for epic wine tasting occasion! National Wine Centre in Valtice chateau has a collection of 100 different wines and you can sample each and every one. During wine-tasting a sommelier is present to advise the visitors and provide them with information about wine and individual wineries. The programme takes 90 minutes. Brno Expat Centre representative will be there to interpret and show you around.
The town of Valtice, just one hour away from Brno, is the centre of wine-growing and tourism in the region. It lays in a beautiful location called “the pearl of South Moravia” – the Lednice-Valtice Composed Landscape, listed in the UNESCO World Cultural Heritage index. The park is scattered with bigger and smaller pavilions, hunting lodges, ruins, minaret and ponds. After the tasting we can hike around or visit the interiors of chateau.
When? Saturday October 15th.
Where? Meeting at Brno Hlavní nádraží train station at 10:15. Taking train 10:36.
How much? Wine tasting 355,-. Return train ticket 170,-.
Return? Up to you. Train leaves every two hours. Majority will go back at 18:14.
